Mhaaru Designs Pvt. Ltd. (“Mhaaru”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a registered company under the Companies Act, 2013, with its office at: 404, Phoenix Complex, Near Jetalpur Bridge, Sayajiganj, Vadodara – 390020, Gujarat, India.

Mhaaru is engaged in designing, manufacturing, and retailing contemporary apparel that merges Indian heritage with modern design through our online platform.


2. Sale Period Terms
During our sale events (online or otherwise), the following additional conditions apply:

  • Sale prices are applicable only for the duration of the sale.ted products may be included; availability is on a first-come basis.

  • All sale items are final. We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an incorrect or damaged product is delivered.

  • Gift wrapping and special packaging services may be unavailable during high-volume sale periods.

  • Prices displayed during a sale are inclusive of applicable taxes. In case of pricing discrepancies, the price reflected in our system will be considered final.

  • Orders may arrive in multiple shipments. Mhaaru reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability or quality issues.

  • Shipping timelines may extend during sales due to high order volumes.

  • Any promotional codes, vouchers, or credits cannot be combined with sale discounts unless specified.


3. Right to Modify
Mhaaru reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Please review these Terms periodically, as your continued use of the Website constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure third-party payment gateway.
By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of Razorpay and your issuing bank.
Mhaaru is not responsible for:

  • Authorization failures, payment delays, or declines.

  • Technical errors or gateway issues beyond our control.


In some cases, Mhaaru may request additional identification for verification before order fulfillment.


10. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or typographical errors

  • Payment authorization issues

  • Quality concerns during final inspection


If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


11. Product Descriptions & Colors
We aim to be as accurate as possible in product representation.
However, variations in color or texture may occur due to screen differences or natural fabric characteristics.
Such variations will not be considered defects.


12. Shipping
We work to dispatch orders promptly. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.

Items purchased during sale events are non-returnable, unless received damaged or defective.

  • Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with any product is return or exchange (as per our policy).
