Shipping Policy

We put tremendous care into finishing each of the Mhaaru pieces. It only makes sense to put just as much thought into getting it safely to your doorstep. 

 

This policy outlines our shipping process, delivery timelines, and what you can expect after making a purchase.

1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We currently ship across India from our facility in Gujarat.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after confirmation.

  • Dispatch Time:

    • Ready-to-ship products: dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

    • Custom or made-to-order pieces: dispatched within 10 business days of order confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.


You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details once your order leaves our facility.


2. Shipping Charges
We’re in the process of finalizing our logistics partner.


Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you make a payment.
 For now, we aim to keep shipping as affordable and transparent as possible.
(This section will be updated once our courier partnership and rates are confirmed.)


3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use it to follow your order’s journey until delivery.

If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate shipments. Each dispatch will have its own tracking details.


4. Pre-Orders & Custom Pieces
Custom-made and pre-ordered garments take additional time to create, as each piece is crafted specially for you.

  • Dispatch: within 10 business days of order confirmation.

  • Delivery: within 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.


We’ll notify you once your order is ready to ship.


5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact details, and PIN code are accurate when placing your order.


Mhaaru will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply).


6. Order Processing Delays
We work closely with our production and logistics partners to ensure the timely delivery of our products. However, your order may take longer in certain situations, such as:

  • High order volumes during sales or holidays

  • Natural calamities, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays

  • Limited courier coverage in remote areas


If your order is delayed, our team will keep you informed via email.


7. Packaging & Sustainability
At Mhaaru, we care deeply about sustainability. Your orders are packed in eco-conscious materials that protect your garments while minimizing waste. We encourage you to reuse or recycle our packaging where possible.


8. Undelivered or Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at info@mhaaru.com. We’ll work with our logistics partner to locate your package.

In the rare case that an order is confirmed lost, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund.


9. International Shipping
We’re working toward opening international orders soon. When available, international shipping will include:
Estimated delivery timeline (10 to 15 business days)
Applicable customs duties or taxes payable by the customer


Until then, Mhaaru currently ships within India only.
