Every Mhaaru piece for YOU! And we want you to feel confident, comfortable, and truly yourself. But if something isn’t right, we’re here for support.
1. What’s eligible for returns
We accept returns for most items purchased on www.mhaaru.com, provided they meet the following conditions:

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all tags and original packaging intact.

The item must be in resellable condition.
* Products purchased on sale, discounted, or customized (including altered or made-to-order pieces) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We are truly committed to making you happy, but we’re also a small business working really hard to make unique products. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny returns if they don’t meet these conditions,
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you’d like to request a return, please email us at info@mhaaru.com within 7 days of receiving your order, mentioning:

The item(s) you wish to return

The reason for the return
Once your request is reviewed, our team will respond with the next steps and return shipping details.
* Please note that return shipping charges may apply unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note:

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
4. Exchanges
At present, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item (as per this policy) and place a new order.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
It sucks to receive a product you eagerly waited for in subpar condition. We take every measure to ensure quality checks before dispatch, but issues happen. And we’re always here to assist if something slips through.
So, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mhaaru.com with a clear unboxing video that illustrates the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund (whichever you prefer).
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain product categories are non-returnable, including:

Innerwear or personal items

Gift cards or vouchers

Sale, clearance, or final-discounted pieces

Customized and made-to-order garments
7. International Orders
For international shipments, returns and refunds are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product was faulty.
